Nitume foundation is a women led organization. Which  focuses among other things on the empowerment, development and self sustainability of  women and girls. The 8th of March is the international women's day, Nitume Foundation wishes all women a very happy Women's day to celebrate their accomplishments and to keep moving forward fearlessly. The theme of 2026 international women's day is "Give to Gain" which is very apt in terms of our organization where our focus is to impart skills and knowledge that leads to continuous, self sustainable development. There's a popular saying  "Educate a woman, educate a nation"  this is a powerful proverb highlighting that educating girls creates a transformative, generational ripple effect. Women often reinvest 90% of their income into families, improving health, nutrition, and education, which directly reduces poverty and boosts economic, social, and political stability for the entire nation. Women's development is humankind's development.
